So excited about my new diffuser!

Oh my goodness, I just received my new aromatherapy diffuser and it's absolutely gorgeous! I also grabbed some Peppermint Tea and a bottle of Lemon Essential Oil. Everything arrived perfectly, packaged securely, and much faster than I expected! I'm already diffusing the lemon oil and my whole house smells incredible. Good quality, delivery could improve

I ordered some French Pink Clay and fractionated coconut oil a few weeks ago for a DIY mask project. The products themselves arrived well-packaged and the quality seems great for making my own skincare. I appreciate the range of raw ingredients they offer. However, shipping took about 8 days to reach me in Adelaide, which felt a little slow compared to other online stores I use. It wasn't a huge issue, but something they could probably speed up a bit. Overall, good value for the price and I'm happy with the items.

I think once it's opened, you can't really return it, especially for ingredients. It's a hygiene thing, I guess. Best to check their policy.

They have some organic ones, but not everything is. You have to check the individual product description, it usually says if it's organic.
